🌿 Product Quality & Natural Variations

Important note on natural products. All FairHerbs Global products are 100% pure and naturally sourced. As living agricultural commodities, they are subject to inherent seasonal variations in color, aroma, and flavor. These are not defects — they are a hallmark of genuine, unadulterated natural produce.
Are your products 100% natural and chemical-free?

Yes. All FairHerbs Global herbs, spices, seeds, and botanical products are 100% pure and naturally sourced directly from Indian farms. We do not add artificial preservatives, colors, or chemical additives. However, natural agricultural goods possess inherent seasonal and geographical variations in color, aroma, and flavor. These are normal characteristics, not quality defects, and do not constitute grounds for a return.

Are FairHerbs products safe for everyone? What about allergies?

Our products are derived from natural botanical and agricultural origins. While they are safe for general use, natural botanical items can trigger allergic reactions and may interact with certain medications in sensitive individuals.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before consuming any herb, spice, or botanical supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have an existing medical condition, or are taking prescribed medication. FairHerbs Global shall not be held liable for any adverse biological reactions or health consequences arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Do your products have FSSAI or lab certifications?

Yes. Our products comply with FSSAI regulations. For bulk B2B orders, we provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from NABL-accredited or FSSAI-approved laboratories with each commercial shipment, detailing the biochemical and physical parameters of the goods.

Are your products intended to treat or cure medical conditions?

No. All product descriptions and information on our website are strictly for informational purposes only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a licensed medical professional for any health-related decisions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours. Retail orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or India Post. For B2B commercial shipments, your freight forwarder or our trade team will provide Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB) details.

🏭 Wholesale & B2B Enquiries

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

MOQs vary by commodity. Generally: whole spices and seeds require a minimum of 500 kg–1 MT per SKU; essential oils and oleoresins have a minimum of 25–50 kg; herbal formulations or custom blends require a minimum of 100 kg. Contact our B2B desk at fairherbsglobal@gmail.com for a Proforma Invoice tailored to your requirement.

What export documents do you provide for B2B shipments?
  • Commercial Invoice (aligned with Packing List and Bill of Lading)
  • Packing List with net/gross weights and HSN codes
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) from NABL/FSSAI-approved laboratory
  • Phytosanitary Certificate issued by NPPO of India
  • Bill of Lading (Sea) or Airway Bill (Air)
  • Certificate of Origin (on request, from Chamber of Commerce)
How long are Proforma Invoices valid?

Due to the highly volatile nature of agricultural commodity pricing, all Proforma Invoices and quotations are valid for 7–15 days from the date of issuance. A commercial order is not legally binding until the buyer provides written acceptance and fulfills the required financial terms.

🌱 Phytosanitary & Fumigation Compliance

FairHerbs Global procures a Phytosanitary Certificate from the National Plant Protection Organisation (NPPO) of India for every applicable export. This certifies that the consignment is free from quarantine pests and complies with the importing country's requirements.

Where mandated, we utilize accredited fumigation agencies (Methyl Bromide / Vapour Heat Treatment). Certificates are valid for 7 days before export (perishables) or 30 days (non-perishable botanicals).
